The Smuggler

Lure swims amazing and had 2 smoking hits on it which was awesome but about 50 casts in the screw holding the wing in must’ve undone itself and the wing flew off and I lost it. If there was some more structure holding in the wings it would be a 5 star lure. Bought 3 and only used one so far will update when I use the other ones hopefully they last longer.

I got the budgee for my 13th birthday and on the second time I used it the left wing broke and came off you can’t buy replacement’wings for it so it is a total waste of money

Casting at night at the local river and the wing came loose after 10 casts. One big hit and the wings bent right around so I had to use my pliers to bend them back. Still has great action though.

Received this lure as a gift from my best mate for Xmas and unfortunately after a few casts , one of his metal wings fell off,
I had to stop using this lure and put it on my shelf as it doesn’t retrieve very well now and I am afraid I’ll lose it all together!

Great lure, fun to use, shame it’s not a bit more durable!
I would buy another but at 30ish dollars I will have to wait.
