I order 3 different colours of panic prawns and received 3 of same colour

Hi Emmanuel, I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment if you were expecting to recieve 3 different colours. Upon reviewing your order #24808 I can see that we recieved your order of 3 x Panic Prawn 70mm/Black Tiger and no other colours were in this order. If the order confirmation you recieved is deifferent to the one we recieved, can you please let us know as this discrepency is something we would want to resolve as soon as possible.

They look the goods can’t wait to throw em the local flats for whiting mainly and bream and flathead .

Panic Prawn

This is an amazingly accurate rendition of a native prawn. I saw it and the video and just had to add it to my tackle box for the next time I fish in the ocean. That will be in warmer weather.
The order process was easy and user friendly, and with haste it arrived in protective packaging. Can’t recommend the supplier enough!

In the event that you receive a product that has a manufacturing fault, please fill out the form HERE, completing all the information as required for our team to review.

Incorrect storage of the product (see TPE storage info), standard wear and tear, usage other than its intended use, extreme conditions, incorrect color or size choice by the buyer, or issues arising from the buyer not reading the product description correctly.

RETURNS POLICY:
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in unopened packaging, in un-used condition. Returns that adhere to our Returns Policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping costs)
